Due to the nature of the products I sell (natural & herbal supplements), I can only accept returns of unopened products within 7 days of receipt of package. This means it must still have the safety seal on it. After all, you wouldn't want to spend your hard earned dollar bills on a product that looked tampered with and then willingly put it your body. Occasionally when you open a tinctured (liquid) herbal product, it will appear as if the stopper is stuck full of herbs. Simply run it under water and use a paper clip if necessary to unblock the sediment from the dropper. These are natural products and from time to time there is sediment in the bottom of the bottle. This is completely normal, I promise! Safety is extremely important to me. That's why I only source my herbs and supplements from companies that are GMP certified and subject to random testing from the FDA. Why 7 days? These products are all natural in many cases do in-fact expire. I never want plants that were used in making these amazing medicines to go to waste. All that being said, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of a digital download or physical product please email me and I will do what is necessary to regain your confidence and business. Full refunds will be reversed on credit cards within 24 hours of the receipt of product return. If you purchased a supplement that required overnight shipping due to its need to be kept cool (live probiotics), you must return it overnight to ensure its integrity upon return.
